Why does Koalet work on a 50/50 split?

At Koalet properties we cover the majority of the agents marketing costs. We also strive to handle most of the aftersales service. We want to keep our agents in the area and looking for there next sale. We don’t want our agents to get caught up in the admin of the loan process and the transfer process. Koalet Properties supplies our agents with dedicated bond originators and office staff to follow up on all the agents transactions.

At the end of the day the split should not be the deciding factor. You should look at what the top agents take home every month. A lot of agencies advertising attractive commission split will also have desk fees and marketing fees that you should keep in mind. Remember you will be working on commission so try to keep your monthly expenses as low as possible.
